My grandmother taught me how to make BBQ Sauce as a teenager for our family and I became the sauce maker after she passed in 1976. I started a catering business in 2003 as a second career making the sauces as a condiment to my smoked meats and was constantly encouraged to market my sauce. I now have them made commercially and they are beginning to do well. They are made from quality ingredients the most important being Love. Both sauces are versatile and can be used on all meats, grilled vegetables, as pizza sauce, shrimp cocktail sauce, in meatloaf, you name it. Miss Oddette is changing the way America does BBQ Sauce. They contribute to the creation of wonderful memories and inspire people to prepare and share dishes and recipes. When you taste them you too will agree they are the best in the world.
